The little one takes the straws out of all the glasses, but these straws have a small ring that prevents them from being removed. So they really work! The strawless lid does a good job of preventing spills. When you throw the cup, a little water will come out from the impact, but it is not much. The small handles make it easy for baby to pick it up and drink alone. This is the only cup we have that has been drunk from without help. They quickly became the whole family's favorite cup.
